Can just recommend for a momentary pause

Cozy room, convenient location, the warm atmosphere made my stay pleasurable with quick access to the historical center within a 10-minute walk and reliable Wi-Fi for planning my outings.

Everything great.

The double room we stayed in was bright with a bathroom as well as WiFi. The location was super central, amazing mainly near to main sightseeings like Medici Palace or Duomo Santa Maria del Fiore.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel had good facilities available, wifi, computer, washing. Nice lounge area near books and computer area. Felt very welcoming. Great location for sight seeing. Nice new bathrooms were very clean and obviously maintained well for people sharing bathroom outside their rooms.

The bed was smallish and a bit squeaky but we slept alright.

The Wi-Fi was reliable, but the radiator barely warmed the room.

The location of the hotel is simply great.

It was quite complicated to find the hotel. Our GPS wasn´t able to recognise the system of one-way streets. Parking was bad - we left our car 20 minutes from the hotel. We didn´t know that the breakfast wasn´t encluded.

Staff was very nice and it was a nice clean room with cool decorations.

Self check-in process was stressfully confusing.

They do not have their own parking even I crossed the X to "hotels with parking" in the Booked.net website. This should be better controlled by both Booked.net and hotels.

Great location with quick access to major attractions. The self-check-in process made for a hassle-free arrival.

Room size is cramped and feels more like a budget hostel than a hotel. Shared bathrooms are more of a challenge than a convenience, especially when cleanliness isn't up to the mark. Noise from adjacent rooms can disrupt sleep, and there's a lingering issue with ventilation that leaves a musty odor lingering in the air.

Location, Friendly, english-speaking staff

Parking is expensive (19 Euros / 24hrs) and 10min walk away from hotel. Difficult to find hotel, as there is only a small nameplate at the doorbell.

The decor was very tasteful and the rooms beautifully clean and spacious. The owners and staff were very helpful with their advice on anything you wanted to know.

In the rooms facing the street a little noise from the bar/restaurant putside.

The central location made accessing many attractions easy, and the friendly staff provided good service. Two nights of dealing with mosquitos in the room proved frustrating, especially since the hotel failed to inform us about the mosquito machine at check-in. The size of the room was quite small, particularly with the layout of the bathroom. A more thorough cleaning routine could improve the overall experience.

The staff was very helpful and nice with us. They helped us with places "where to go". The location of the hotel is excellent. Nearby on the small streets there are small Supermarkets where You can buy food or cold water (for "normal" price), even there is a self-service laundry at the next street.

Shared bathroom. It was some confusion between the available rooms at Booked.net and what the hotel has in fact.

The hotel is located in the very center of the city. It is very cozy and the lounge room is creates the feeling of art gallery. The breakfast was nice. Comfortable bed and nice view of the traditional Italian yard from the window.

The bathroom was very small. The elevator did not work.
